Charming bedroom for rent

Hello girls!

We are currently seeking the perfect candidate to move in with us in our 3 bedroom townhome located northeast of Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate would be someone with a professional career or a student, someone who respects each other’s space but yet can be friends, and someone who is responsible and keeps the home clean.

We live in a newly built townhome with 2,000 sq. ft. of living space with all upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer and lake view.

Available bedroom is approximately 13'1x10'4 with a custom built closet. Monthly rent for furnished bedroom is $800. If needed unfurnished we can do it for $750. This includes utilities (once a month cleaning service,electric, water, basic cable and high-speed internet). This is a 12 month commitment as we will all be signing a the lease together.

Move in costs:
First, last and refundable security of $400 totaling $2000. Move in as early as November 1st, 2015.

Some of our criteria(s) (but not limited to):

No full time boyfriends living at the house
Only hypoallergenic dogs under 10 pounds (we have a 2 pound Yorkie)
No cats (although we already have one living in the master bedroom)
Must be nonsmoking and not a recreational drug user
