Room for Rent in Quiet Neighborhood

Description

I am looking for a roommate in Three Oaks Apartments, about halfway between Moody AFB and VSU (10-15 min drive). It is a 3 bed 2 bath 1,300 sq ft apartment on the second floor. The whole apartment is furnished except your bedroom.
You'll have a room and a bathroom immediately across the hall to yourself. Very fast 100 mb/s internet.
I'm a pretty open minded person so just be clean and pay rent and we're fine. I don't really care if you're loud as long as you're quiet whenever I have to sleep (shifts can change). Cats or Dogs are fine if you pay for the deposit.
The complex has a pretty large fitness room for an apartment, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, and a basketball court.
No smoking in the house.
