FEMALE ROOMMATE ONLY I am Looking to rent a room in Houston zip 77041(Jersey Village). My apartment is a 2/2 with 2 big bathrooms you will have yours. The apartment is new and beautiful and very clean. I have it furnished, but I can put everything on the storage if you have your own furniture. no problem. Rent is 500 with a 300 deposit. the only utility to pay is electricity. You wont pay more than 50. Every other utility is included. it has washer and dryer, and a dishwasher too.. Very close to 290. I am an engineer and work from 8 to 5PM. I am usually home after 5:30. I live with my boyfriend. He is in the military (Navy) works from 8 to 5PM, gets home at 6:30PM. We don't do parties or invite people home.
