Starting November 1, 2015 there's a room+bathroom available in the Collins Crossing apartment complex on Jones Ferry Rd. Rent for the space is $529, which includes water. Electricity ranges from $28-$68 per person depending on the season and how mindful you are about leaving lights on and A/C running. The current lease that would be taken over would be from November 1,2015- August 7,2016. There is a UNC student living in the apartment now, she is very kind, respectful and quiet. I think it'd be fitting to have someone take over the lease who was also very mellow, tidy and kept the peace. A student or working professional preferred. The common areas are of course shared but each roommate has their own bathroom, there's a washer/dryer in the apartment, and lots of amenities offered by the complex.
