Free Rent to Assist with Disabled F

Description

I am a disabled female 30 something professional looking for someone to live with me in my home in Durham. The rent would be free and the roommate would be required to pay a third of utilities in exchange for helping me. The roommate would have to sleep in the house weeknights, from 10:30pm-7am and weekends from 12:30am-8:30am. The person will also have to help me get in bed two weeknights a week and every other Sunday night.

I have two small dogs and two cats.

The roommate will get Bedroom 3 and 4 in the floor plan and their own bathroom. We would share a kitchen and a laundry room. The house is located off of Ephsesus Church Road. It is very close to 40 and 15-501.

The person must be responsible and clean. Only looking for non-smoking, single women. This would be the perfect job for a student.

Move in date is early October.
