Looking for roomate

Description

There is nothing spectacular about the room itself. Four walls, two windows, closet, no ceiling fan, no cable hookup. But, instead of dropping the money on a one bedroom apartment that has the same set up, you will have an entire house to live in. There is also room in the garage for your car. There is a park right down the street. It's close to grocery stores, gym, restaurants, and the freeway. I am looking for a roommate because I have the room to spare and the money will be helpful. If we end up becoming friends, that is a bonus.
