MoveIn Aug2016- Looking 4 Right Fit

Will likely look for 2 Bed 2 Bath, around Inver Grove Heights, Oakdale, Woodbury areas; haven't decided yet. Looking for non smoking, no pets; aiming to get a place with someone. Looking for the right "fit," and would like to meet 2-3 times just to get to know each other. I'm obviously not in a rush since I am looking for next year.

I may get a place myself and rent out the second bedroom alone, let me know if that also interests you. Please read whole listing.

Details-
No smoking, no pets. Male or Female; if I were to profile, I would think female maybe a bit cleaner than male; I am aiming for someone who can pick up the shared space, keep things clean, respect personal space. Someone who is somewhat out going but we don't need to be "buddies" just get a long and share space. No drugs, aiming for someone with a certain maturity level; aka back to the keeping things cleaned and picked up. I am not looking for a lazy slob, someone who can be quite if they don't have anything meaningful to say; don't talk just to talk non stop and to say the same things over and over.

No creeps either, must keep up on personal hygiene. If you fill up the garbage with mostly your stuff; than you are expected to take it out more often; etc. Take care of your own dishes and keep it all picked up.


To Come Soon to this posting, no contact info on here yet. If you can't tell; I am seriously looking for the right fit, someone I can stand. I'm not a picky person I've just had my share of bad experiences. Would prefer someone who does not eat out a lot and has healthy habbits.
