GIRL rooommate wanted

Hello there! THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR OCTOBER 1st. GIRL ONLY. I live in a nice and cozy 2/2 in a fifth floor. I'm very hommy, work office hours, spend time home relaxing on the weekends, I usually cook, have some wine, make jewelry, water my orchids, go to the pool etc.
I like to keep the place clean and enjoy peace and quiet. I consider home that sacred place that defines you, where you go to let go of the work day stress.
You would have your own room and bathroom across mine so it's a little more private, also parking inside the complex (uncovered).
Inside: The building is old but kept very nicely, front desk for packages and help in general (friendly staff), Valet parking is $3 for visitors, Gym, pool & jacuzzi, 2 barbecues, 4 tennis courts, convenience store with small snacks beer, wine, very convenient :). Laundry room is on our floor, steps from our apartment door (washers and dryers always available).The building is familiar so you will see children frequently.
The building also runs backgroung checks on every resident.

Outside: There's a bus stop across the street if you don't own a car, also a small park right at the bay if you like morning walks, starbucks is right on the corner and a yoga center. Also for quick bite there are all kinds of restaurants on biscayne or two publix stores 5 minutes away for groceries.
You will love living here just like I do.
