The house is located just off the freeways (5 minutes to Lucky Supermarket and Walmart in Martinez, 7 minutes to the Target in Pleasant Hill). The HOA includes access to a nice pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood is very friendly and has lots of trees/green spaces. It is nestled on a cul-de-sac in a forest-like setting, the property is quiet with little to no vehicle traffic. The bedroom is part of a .5 bathroom townhouse that includes full access to a spacious family room, dinning room and kitchen with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is a large backyard ideal for social gatherings and barbecuing. There is also a balcony off the second floor living room that is great to access for enjoying your morning coffee. Storage space is available throughout the house and you will have use of the washer and dryer room located on the same floor as the bedroom.
