I’m looking for a housemate for an apartment at th and Herzog beginning September 1st!  The room is approximately ’ and has laminate wood flooring, a large window and a closet. It has a lovely bamboo forest outside and gets beautiful indirect lighting during the day. The walls are two shades of green, which you’re welcome to keep or repaint. In addition to rent the utilities (internet and PGE) are generally $ish summer, $ish winter. The landlord requires a one-time fee for a background check, plus one month's rent for security deposit.
