The + sf private suite is part of a bath semi detached red brick family home halfway between Takoma Park MD and the NW Petworth neighborhood. There is ample unrestricted parking. The block consist of long term residents as well as young families. It’s the type of block where we know our neighbors and stop to chat on the porch when we see one another. Your roommates are two besties living their best lives. Our place is peaceful, well-appointed and maintained and we cook most of our meals at home. We are borderline vegan with quality cheat days.
