My wife and I are 29 and we are looking for 1 - 2 roommates to join us in our large 5 bedroom house. The right person could move in right away, or sometime in the next month or so.

We do a monthly lease so we don't trap unhappy roommates, and we make sure we only pick people that are easy to live with, so this is a very positive and comfortable environment to live in. Past roommates have often stayed with us for 2 - 3 years.

We only pick people that are trustworthy, honest, respectful, clean and quiet. Our house has around 4400 sq ft of living space, so there are plenty of private, quiet spaces. This is a very comfortable and positive environment, because we only pick people that are easy-going. We don't party, but we organize sports teams and trips etc, if you feel like getting involved or you can stick to your own things.

We can provide some basic room furnishings at no extra cost (i.e. Bed, desk, chair, etc). We have 3.5 bathrooms in total, and around 4400 sq ft of living space. Each of the 3 living rooms have flat screens and a PVR. We have no shortage of space, so we have a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table. We don't allow parties, but having people over is fine. Introverts and extroverts are both welcome. Enjoy your own privacy and space in a clean and quiet house!

Cost of: All utilities, cable (PVRs in each livingroom), internet (100 Mbps) and phones (unlimited long distance calling anywhere in Canada):

We are looking for someone in their 20s that cleans up after themself. We have two small, well trained Morkie dogs so we are looking for a dog-lover. No drugs, smoking, or pets allowed.
