This offer includes an unfurnished furnished bedroom for 1 (will fit a full/queen size mattress) with private lock to the bedroom. Plus a couch, table and chairs in the common area.

Indoor washer/dryer and extra parking outside the gate with easy handicap walking access to the unit.

For single person with no guest greater than days. No pets are allowed. Professional/ Working male or female, must be over y/o, No Drugs, No excessive alcohol consumption or rather drunkenness. NO Drama. Rent $ deposit and references required. Month to month only.
