Having an ensuite bathroom is very important to me.
Since I work outside and meet many people, I value a living space that is consistently well-maintained.
It’s important that the environment is organized and free from unnecessary clutter.
Soundproofing is a concern for me. In my current residence, I can hear conversations from neighboring units, and I hope this won’t be an issue in the new property. Could you provide details on the soundproofing features?
