Room Available in 3 bed/2 bath Apt!

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for one person to join my two roommates (Courtney and Nathalie) in our 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Cambridge for a February 1st move in (through 7/31/25 with potential to resign the August 1st lease)! I am moving out, but have lived in this apartment for 6 years - I love it here! Courtney is in grad school at HGSE, and Nathalie is a physical therapist. They are in their mid 20’s-30s. Our space is LGBTQ+ friendly.

A little bit about the apartment:
-the living space is spacious and open concept, as is the kitchen (which includes full oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge)
-free laundry just for our apartment unit in the basement, along with a storage space
-front and back porch
-1 parking space in driveway (both roommates have cars - we take turns sharing the space because there is plenty of street parking around which only costs $25/year!)
-shared backyard
-rent for this room (unfurnished) is ~$1400/month (we pay based on room size and shared vs. solo bathroom)
-utilities are about $100/person/month (electricity/gas/internet)
-shared bathroom with Courtney (she keeps it clean!)
-most living/dining area furniture and kitchen items were mine so they will be going with me, but Nathalie and Courtney are open to conversation about contributing to make our space cozy
-no brokers fee or security deposit
-no central air, but the window a/c unit in the living room comes with the apartment
The apartment is near:
-1-3 minute walk to bus stops for Bus #74, 75, 78
-17 minute walk to Harvard Square
-18 minute walk to Porter Square
-15 minute walk to Fresh Pond (Trader Joes, CVS, Whole Foods, Central Rock Gym)
-2 minute walk to a pizza place, bakery, and bodgea/deli
-5 minute walk to my favorite bakery 🙂
-8 minute walk to Dunkin
-12 minute walk to Starbucks
