Two Open Rooms

Hello! Currently looking to fill is open immediately, the other will be open by the end of February. I'm looking to fill them as I just moved in last week and was NOT told my two roommates were leaving, and they've put me in a predicament that is not financially feasible.

Room 1 (available immediately) is a flat a month. (images in post, the bed does come with the room and the closet is huge!)
Room 2 (available March 1) is a flat a month.

The apartment is on E near the University stadium in Salt Lake City. It's a good commuter area, 5-ish minute drive from the University, a fifteen minute walk from stadium station or e station. It's a safe area full of college students! For parking, it's street parking if u have a car. The basement is a basement apartment and the upstairs neighbors are nice and helpful ^^. In unit Laundry, one shared bathroom.

The house has a small backyard and a front yard. the other tenants haven't taken good care of it so I'm very excited for spring so I can fix it up!

We are cat friendly, I have an ESA that mostly stays in my room as she's not very social, but you must be okay with cats. I work evenings, sometimes graves, and tend to sleep in the morning until around 2 pm. I prefer to mind my business, I don't really ask questions ab ppls daily lives or stick my nose in if unnecessary! You don't have to do the same, just long as you respect it!
