Seeking a mid-twenties to thirties roommate for a 3 bedroom shared home with working students! This rental has a private bedroom with a private washroom, shared with two other roommates, a primary washroom with a bath, a full kitchen with a brand new fridge and stove! There are two decks out front and back with a grassy yard. Parking available as well there is a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. The home is mostly fully furnished yet there could be room for more, and the bedroom can be furnished with a dresser and bed or unfurnished if you wish. It will be available January 15th 2016 or in between then and January 30th 2016. This is a great place to live in central Nanaimo! All utilities are included: Heat, Power, and Internet! There is a small dog who lives here. References may be required as well as half month's rent for a damage deposit. Looking forward to hearing from you!
