Owner managed utilities $ a month not included (water, trash, sewer, gas, electric, Internet). Internet includes Cox Mbps Internet with private wired ethernet connection that you can use with your own router.  1 month deposit + 1st month required to move-in. $ background check per adult required - we require a minimum credit score of .
