Open room!

Description

Hoping to move states with my partner in a couple months, we each have a room to rent out and this is theirs. Located upstairs, bathroom shared with another roommate. Ideally looking for younger professionals who will be responsible and get along with and respect our other roommates who are living here. Move in date would be in months. One of our roommates signed the lease so you would have no legal work to do to live here. Just send him your rent each month and you're good. Would like to meet with potential renters to see if they're a good fit. Also reach out if you'd like to rent both rooms! Additional amenities in the townhome: common area/shared space: kitchen, living room, washer +dryer. Pool + gym in complex, minute drive from Disney. Bed not as pictured, 1 large bed instead of 2 twins as of now. Nightstands and TV in room. No pets allowed in complex.
