The house has bathrooms and though the guest bathroom isn’t private, you will have majority access to this bathroom or can use the shower in my master bathroom Renter is free to park their car in the driveway but this is a shared space as parking is limited Exercise equipment is available in the garage. Cable and internet is available as part of the HOA Utilities up to $ are included Anything over will be split. Dishwasher, washer/dryer is available Agreement will need to be signed and references will need to be given. No squatting will be allowed Professionals and/or stable employed person that work away from home only.
Payment is required when moving in with a small deposit. Will be returned if no major damage is done to room or shared spaces.
