The mission of the house is to provide a clean, safe, secure, and respectable living situation for 5 people who are pursuing their goals in Los Angeles.

- 9 3/4 x 10 1/3 (100 square ft) with an 8ft closet with 1.833 foot depth
- Street facing, north facing window
- $900 per month, rent only (utilities not included, but internet is included)
- Option to have room furnished
