• Rent: $/month + ~$ utilities (seasonal variation).
• Spacious private room with shared bathroom.
• Option to switch to the master room in August for a small rent increase!

MOVE-IN DETAILS
• Flexible move-in: Feb (sooner preferred).
• Lease runs through August, with plans to renew.
• No pets (lease restrictions).

THE HOUSE

Modern 3-floor townhouse:
• First Floor: Mudroom + storage.
• Second Floor: Your room, shared bathroom, open kitchen/dining/living area.
• Third Floor: Penthouse room with communal rooftop deck (occupied).
• Amenities: In-unit laundry, AC/heating, rooftop with turf, secure mailroom, new appliances.

LOCATION

Prime spot in Dimond Alley—5-min walk to restaurants, coffee shops, Safeway, Farmer Joe’s, parks, tennis courts, and more! Easy access to freeway and -min drive to Fruitvale BART, Lake Merritt, and other hotspots.

HOUSE VIBES
