Details:
The room is roughly one hundred square feet with a private closet. There are two communal bathrooms to use in the house, with one of them having a shower/tub. We have plenty of storage space available in the home and outside in the garage. We have a wonderful maid that visits to clean the home on a near monthly basis. I always provide at least a week's notice of when she will be arriving to clean the home, which typically occurs on Sunday afternoons.

We have one cat (a bengal) which Marcus (my brother, the other roommate) takes excellent care of. The cat (Khloe) is very clean and well behaved and does not shed. She's a joy to be around.

We are seeking a roommate for a long term rental (1 year or longer). The rent amount covers Wifi, utility and maid cleaning expenses. First month’s rent and a refundable $ security deposit will be required at the time of move in.

Home details:
-A standalone condominium of eighteen hundred square feet with 4 bedrooms, bathrooms and a 2 car garage, with additional parking across the street. Located in a gated community along Pecan Park Blvd near twenty, across the street from Lakeline Mall).

About us:
One automation engineer (male), and one AI engineer (male). Both of us are brothers.

Both my brother and I are in our early thirties and are clean and respectful of others. Please be the same 🙂. We value a clean, relaxing and stress from home environment.

Marcus and I love trying out new places to eat in Austin, we love board games and video games. Marcus loves using his 3D printer to make wonderful wacky creations.

Please, no pets or smokers (cigarettes).
