Furnished room / house to share in old downtown on Milton 2 minute walk to bus exchange . private back yard and deck . share 2 bedroom house with female . healthcareworker that works nightshift. I'm looking for a compatible roommate that is tidy and clean I have all new furniture.. House is pretty cozy . I am not home much when I'm not working I'm out of town visiting family . if you are a partier or messy. And disorganized this isn't the place for you . a few quiet drinks or a BBQ . perfect. . This is not a sublet I'm looking for a shared arrangement . when the weather is good we are responsible for maintaining the yard . which so far been the only one doing it . .I am not looking for someone to tidy up after.
