Domain roommate wanted.

Looking for a clean, non-smoker, non-pet owner.

I live at IMT at the Domain in a nice 2 bed, 2 bath, 1st floor apartment. I have 12 foot ceilings and am right next to the pool. I'm also close to Esperanza Crossing (makes moving easy).

The apartment is fully furnished (other than your potential bedroom/bathroom).

I am a 30 yr old professional and work from home. I use the dining room as my office. I own a construction company and am in and out on a regular basis. I keep my place very clean other than paperwork piling up from time to time.

My lease renews on January 1st and my current roommate is moving out. The lease amount is $1,850. I have the master so I pay $100 more ($975 & $875). Your room will be 12ft x 11ft. We would split utilities.

You would be on the lease with me.
