I am urgently needing a GIRL to take over my lease at the highly sought after Arba apartments. Base rent is $ and it is a fully furnished room and private bathroom in the Breckenridge layout. December rent is paid, and I will pay for January rent. Move-in is available ASAP.

I love living here but recently got a job out of state and can’t afford to pay for the lease. The gym and other amenities are newly renovated, unit includes updated appliances and finishes. It is 4 bedroom, but there are only 2 other girls living here. They are super sweet and clean! There are no pets currently living in unit.
