Take over our lease! Please!!

We have a really great apartment only 2 miles from the Huntington Beach Pier in Surf City! The lease is until January 30th and you WILL be able to extend the lease if you wish. We will be moving out December 10th and you would be able to move right in on December 11th! A plus to this is that if you take over our lease, you won't have to pay the deposit fee as you usually do when getting an apartment.
It's a 1 bedroom 1 Bath apartment with spacious living room and kitchen. The apartment complex has a pool, on laundry, mailboxes, and gate locked parking! Comes with 1 parking spot!:)

There is a ton of storage throughout the apartment as well as additional storage in the car port. The bedroom is very spacious and has 2 closets. One walk in closet and another large sliding door closet.
