I am a 45 year old female, and live in this 5 bedroom house with my sweet German Shepherd and indoor cat (no other pets, please). My 13 and 15 year old children are here 50% of the time (so you'd share your bath with my daughter half the time). Quiet atmosphere with the exception that I do enjoy music occasionally.
We have a healthy home in walking distance to Hillsdale town center, the library, Fred Meyer. Gabriel Park and Multnomah Village are nearby. Very close access to I-5. The house has views of Willamette Valley and Mt. Hood.
The room is in the rear of the house with garden views. 10x 13.5. Includes kitchen and washer/dryer access, Wifi access. Beautiful outdoor patio and garden! Rent is $600/month including utilities.
