USG employee soon to be transferred to DC area...looking to share apartment expenses at TBD apartment complex at great location, within walking distance to Orange Line Metro (anywhere in vicinity in between Rosslyn and Ballston metro stops) /grocery stores/restaurants. Prospective roommate must be drug free, non-smoker without pets, have stable employment and commit to 12+ month lease. I am a Law Enforcement Officer. I am flexible and trustworthy and willing to split costs of furnishing 2-BR/BA apartment at a location agreeable to both of us. Targeted price range for each = $1,000-1,200 or less.
