Looking for a roommate to add to our living situation. We live in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in a neighborhood called Arcadia in Federal Way just off I-5 exit 142A.
We are looking for someone who can pay $600/mo for rent with no problems. Must have a steady job and rent will be due before move-in and at the 1st of the month thereafter.
We do have an application process and require a $50 fee to run a background check.
