Take Over the Rent for 1 Bedroom

Description

I have a one-bedroom / one bathroom to rent out for the remainder of my lease (September 2016). The apartment is on the second-level and has the washer and dryer in the unit, fireplace and a private patio. You will share the bathroom and will have the living room area - there are no couches. The apartments are located on 104th and Steele in the Thornton area. You will need to apply fill out an application for the apartment. If you are interested, please message me. OR .. if you are looking to rent an entire place out .. please let me know as well as I would be open to a person renting out the entire place while I found another place to live and you could take over the lease.
