We are looking for a pair who has a steady income and can meet the needs of shared living costs. We are a gay couple; I am an assistant manager; my girlfriend runs an online business from home, so we both have steady income, and are seeking a couple, professional and neat, with whom to share a beautiful, spacious apartment. (Prefer heterosexual couple or homosexual male couple.) Located in the heart of Scottsdale, near shopping centers and parks which makes life much grander! When you need anything you can just step outside and there it is awaiting you. There is the local trolley, which takes you uptown, and buses a few blocks away! The living quarters are phenomenal! The living room has more than enough space for four people's belongings; there are beautiful ceiling fans (cuts down on electricity in summer), tons of cabinet space, individually controlled heating and A/C, concrete walls to aid in soundproofing, spacious rooms for your personal comfort and entertaining, huge closets for added convenience & storage, and a nice back patio to enjoy the fresh air! Nice sized swimming pool, jacuzzi and onsite barbecue grills. Onsite laundry.
We have 2 cats who are very loving and affectionate, so we do not mind if you have an animal, so long as it plays well with our furry felines. There is a one time, partially refundable pet fee of $250, of which we're willing to pay the $200, so long as you pay the remaining $50 for your furry companion.
Move-in fee and first month's rent is due up front: for an individual, first month will be $383* (per person); rent for the second month and on will be $320 (per person). THIS INCLUDES: rent (first month includes one-time move-in fee), electricity, WiFi, and HBO, Netflix and Showtime! *Plus $50 for the one-time pet fee--NO MONTHLY PET RENT!

We don't mind loud movies or music, but please be considerate to neighbors and your fellow roommates.
