Need Roommate ASAP

Description

Hello my name is Jessica i am 27 i have a 7 yr old dog. We are in need
of a new roommate IMMEDIATELY in wells branch. This is a 1bd 1ba
available in a 2bd 2ba apartment. The apartment has gone into month to
month status which has raised the rent. After 2 months a new lease can
be signed which will lower the rent. I love where i live. The rent is
677 a month plus half utilities. If you have a pet rent goes up $10.
There is also a $300 pet deposit. I am a non smoker and not into 420
if you are please do these outside. I am clean,friendly get along with
pretty much everyone. I am not a partier but i do drink a little. I
hope to hear from you. I need someone ASAP rent is due Tuesday.
