New and Clean Sublease for $656/mon

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a 2br 2ba apartment. The apt is available Dec 21 and is called Ethos located in south Austin, off of I35 and William Cannon. It is conveniently located - 10 mins from downtown, 20 mins away from UT, 2 secs from I35, 5 mins away from South Park Meadows. I moved out because I have to be closer to work.

Stainless Steel appliances, hike and bike trails nearby, 2 dedicated dog parks, sparkling swimming pool, clubhouse and fitness center are just some of the amenities the property offers.

Rent for the room is $656 + utilities. The room is very spacious, has a huge walk-in closet and private bath. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit!

Your awesome roommate would be a 26y old guy who is friendly and very helpful. He has a full-time job as a supervisor chef and pays his bills on time. He doesn't mind dogs as long as he/she is well-behaved. He also has friends over from time to time but no crazy parties.

There is a $10/month pet rent. No preference on gender. No deposit.
