Hey there! I have a great apartment for rent! I recently found out I have to move back home due to family emergencies and need to rent out my apartment to a new tenant! I absolutely love love love this apartment and hate that I have to leave, but I know you will love it just as much as I do! Since I am not subletting my apartment, I am looking for someone to take over my lease until it's over in September 2016. This is the reason for the $75 application fee because you have to be approved and credit checked by my apartment building.

My apartment is on the 31st floor, across from the elevator and two doors down from the laundry room and the trash and recycle room.

My apartment is located in Long Island City, Queens which has by far become my favorite neighbor hood. I live right next to the park and dog park as well as cute coffee shops and amazing restaurants.

Additionally, I am moving and so if you would like to purchase any or all of my furniture I am more than happy to accommodate that!
