Loooking for an awesome roomie!

I prefer an at least somewhat spacious room with a nice sized closet - I'd like to be able to put a bed and a dresser with ease. Preferably a private bathroom, but I am capable of sharing one! Please have a stove and preferably a dishwasher. I would love it if there were a patio, but I'm no stickler! I would greatly enjoy a pretty spacious apartment in general, so I wouldn't feel like I HAD to stay in my room in order to have space, and vice versa for the other roomie. No dirty walls or floors, please! Definitely someone clean who doesn't leave dirty dishes piled. If it was at least somewhat furnished -microwave, fridge, maybe a dresser/bed in the room-, that would be awesome, but no worries :) It would be cool if there were pet friendly! Wifi, storage space, lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. Sufficient amount of electrical plugs and well dispersing heating unit.
