Need a roommate ASAP

Description

I'm needing a roommate to fill the 3rd bedroom in my apartment. Bedroom has access to balcony along with a walk-in closet. Rent is $600 per month INCLUDING utilities, room is not furnished. Pets are welcome, there is 1 dog and 1 cat currently. Storage unit is available for use. Apartment complex has a pool, gym, entertainment area, and is a gated community. Washer and dryer in unit. Outside smoking is OK. No private bath, but shared with a very clean respectable person. Reserved parking space available upon request.

Roommates are both female, but your gender doesn't matter. Both professionals, one works at COX Communication, the other is a Corrections Officer and a Paramedic. Not noisy, rarely have people over, not party people. Spontaneous, fun, outgoing people, clean and organized.
