We are 19 and 25. Responsible people and always have bill paid on time. (Usually beforehand) We are also very clean. Will not put up with slobs. I'm kind of a neat freak. Rent is 350. Utilities and wifi usually only end up being 50 altogether. So living costs would be $400.
