Two rooms with a shared bath

Available to be moved into on January 1st!

This is a three bedroom house. I am a tenant

leasing the master bedroom from the home

owners. I'm looking for two roommates to fill

the other two bedrooms which have just become

available. The land lords are very good

people - I've lived here for nearly four

years now.

The major cross streets for the home are

Tatum & Thunderbird. It's in the residential

area to the North East of the intersection.

It's a very quiet, nice neighborhood.

As pictured, each room has a closet + 1

additional hallway closet.

No smoking of any kind! No drugs!

Small dogs are welcome (under 30lbs), as are

cats, but they must be quiet and well

behaved. I have one cat.

Utilities will be split into three equal

parts, averaging about $100 per person per

month for internet + water + electricity.

Me:

I'm a 29 year old professional. I work in the

insurance industry, and frequently work from

home - I do all of my working from home from

my room, though. I won't be out in the common

areas when I do that. When I'm home, I'm

usually browsing the web, playing games on

PC, watching shows or hanging out with my

girlfriend. The last picture is me.
