Olivia, her fantastic 38lb dog Winston, and I are looking for someone awesome to take the extra bedroom/bathroom! I move in shortly and she moves in on 12/31/15.

I work as a Business Analyst for an energy efficiency consultant company and Olivia works for a film PR firm and travels quite frequently.

We are both laid-back, outdoorsy, healthy, fun-loving, community-serving people that appreciate a clean home and love to meet new people and host things like dinner parties and game nights when we can! Neither of us smoke or use drugs and we both drink socially. We are looking for a similar profile in our roommates.

The lease goes through July 2015 with option to renew.

The right person can have the bedroom for $700 ALL-INCLUSIVE! Yup, no utilities for you to worry about.

First and last month are due paid upfront, along with a $400 deposit
