My home is 1833 sq ft. Two rooms in front of home (12x11) & (14x12). You will have access to kitchen, living room, utility room and dining room. There is a separate pantry and fridge just for my 2 roomies. I have a charcoal grill for you to use. All I ask is it be cleaned after each use. My garage is for storing cars and a few of your items may fit, but not a complete apartment of things. I really prefer the house to be clean, so we work as a team to make that happen.
