Parking usually available right in front of building. Some storage available in unit and my garage there.

$575/mo plus your share of LG&E, cable and internet. $250 damage deposit. No pets. No children. Smoking ok on balcony. Must be able to pass background check with nothing too serious on it--application fee of $25 for check. Minimum 6 month lease.
