Room in Cool South Austin

It feels like a tree-house! This is a tranquil and family-oriented neighborhood, and the house is located in a silent area. You will hear cows mooing in the early morning - it's really like you are in a farm, however, it's crazy how close you are to downtown Austin. The views are great. It's also very close to McKinney Falls (I go there with my dog a lot).
I love the living room and the kitchen. I have two extra rooms and am renting one of them for now - so the roomie will have a bathroom for her/himself while the otehr room is not rented. Must love animals - I have a Border Collie and 3 cats (who spend a lot of time outside and in my bedroom). I would prefer to rent for a woman.
I am looking for a tprofessional or grad student... someone responsible, who won't turn the place upside down ;-) This is my first house and I am very cautious about it.
Also: it will be available only by mid-November!
Ok with dogs, but my dog is very alpha... no cats because my dog will chase other people's cat - oh, the ecosystem...
