A well-lit room in North Seattle

Description

Do you have a spot in Ballard, Fremont, Northgate, Maple Leaf, Greenlake, Phinney, or thereabouts?

I am looking for a space to call my home in one of those neighborhoods. I am new to Seattle from Portland, moving mainly because I got a really cool job at the North Seattle Community College, researching education methodologies.

I need a room with hopefully some great lighting. That's the baseline. Let me know if there is a spot available~
