Single, young professional female looking for roommate. The house is a 4 bedroom, two of which I occupy. Roommate would have choice between two remaining rooms or could possibly have use of both if desired. Fenced in back yard and pets are ok given they are house broken and well mannered. Private bath. Washer and Dryer in house. High speed internet and very basic, basic cable but access to online streaming of just about anything. Fully furnished living and kitchen area. Backyard with patio. Smokers ok. Looking for someone professional and responsible. This is not a frat house, drug den or otherwise sketchy atmosphere. It's just a big ol house that I don't need all of and some help on the rent and company would be added bonus. I enjoy cooking and do so pretty regularly, I am neat, clean person, like to work out in my yard, garden, drink a beer on the patio occasionally, very laid back and easy to get along with. Looking for someone of similar nature.
