About the house: We just purchased the house last November. It's an old house but it's been completely remodeled with laminate wood flooring in the kitchen and commons area, new carpet in the bedrooms, newly painted walls, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. It's a small house but has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have two dogs. They are overly friendly and high energy. Because the house is pretty small we would prefer not to add any more animals to the mix.
