Room for rent

Description

I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom 2 bath house. There is a back patio and a 2 car garage. The house has a washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. The room for rent has another living space attached to it also. The heat and A/C are central. The area is Benton Park north and is a nice neighborhood that is close to a lot of things to do. The anheuser brewery and Soulard are very close. Lots of restaurant and bars close by also.
