1 room available in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2 family home in a beautiful quite neighborhood near Yale, University of New Haven, and Maltby lakes. The entire space is freshly painted with newly refinished hardwood floors throughout. The home has a very large backyard which is shared with the first floor apartment/tenants.

I am the owner of the home and will be living in the 3rd bedroom myself. I am a professional photographer in my mid 30's and I spend a lot of my time in Brooklyn when I am not in CT. I'm looking for responsible, easy to get along with professionals or students. The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept with almost all single family homes.

12'x9' room is $575 month (+$600 security deposit)

All utilities included (high speed internet, heat, hot water, electricity). Washer and dryer are in the basement and can be shared by roommates. 1st floor has separate washer & dryer.

Room become available November 1st. The room is for one person. No pets and no smokers please.
A $600 Security deposit is required in addition to the first months rent.

Note: There will be a cat staying in the apartment from until late-December. Her name is Machine and she is a great roommate apart from being a bit grumpy from time to time :)
