Apartment is large enough to not be on top of each other at all times. The room is 9 x 13 with a large semi-walkin closet (with a dresser included). The room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed (with bed frame) and desk or dresser. The room can come furnished with the bed and desk, or can be completely empty with notice. All utilities, INCLUDING WIFI & CABLE, are included.

The deets:
$950 a month, plus a one month security deposit upfront. Lease is starting now until May 1st 2016. All utilities, including Cable & Internet, are included. If you want a cable box in your room, there is an additional $8 a month fee to rent from the cable company. FREE LAUNDRY in building - only shared with one other person and never had a problem with accessing it when needed. You do not need to go outside to access it.
