Hello! My name is Andrew and I'm looking to sublease my first floor, 1BR/1BA (large) apartment at The Suites at Overton Park beginning August 2015. My house in Fort Worth is scheduled to close on July 22 and I will be buying a house in Lubbock once it sells! Therefore, I need to sublease this apartment. The monthly rent is $970 and that includes cable and internet – U-verse, not that Suddenlink crap. A high efficiency washer and dryer is also furnished by The Suites. I will pay for one month of your rent and the living room furniture can stay if you want it.

High-end finishes all-around including stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, built-in desk, walk-in closet

LOCATION:
The Suites is located directly across University from the Texas Tech campus. The Suites is on the bus route so you can ride the bus to campus instead of buying a parking permit. Very convenient location!

COMPLEX:
There are many amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, fitness center, computer lab, conference room, game room, bike racks, laundry room, private patios, and sand volleyball court.

PARKING:
Parking is one of the best features besides the location and upscale finishes. The Suites has a private parking garage that is heavily monitored. Only residents with parking passes are allowed access to the garage. There is also ample parallel parking on all sides of the apartment complex.
